The leafhopper pictured here is Eratoneura maculata, or else one of about ten look-alike species in Eratoneura. All told, there are some 200 species in Eratoneura.
Some taxonomists include Eratoneura as a subgenus in the even larger group Erythroneura.
Almost 100% of the published records of Erythroneura maculata have been of leafhoppers collected from Poison Ivy. Happy hunting!
