Eustrophopsis bicolor is a black beetle with light-colored pubescence. The antennae are reddish brown at the bases and at the apices, and black in the middle. The legs are reddish brown.

Eustrophopsis bicolor was formerly placed in the family Melandryidae and the genus Eustrophinus.

Look for this small beetle feeding under the bark of decaying logs.
